Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 4 August 2025

G S R M Memorial Education Society strives to maintain transparency in all financial dealings.

1. Course Registration

• Cancellations must be requested via email within 7 days of payment and before the course begins.
• No cancellations are allowed once the course has started.

2. Donations

• Donations are non-refundable once processed unless a duplicate payment has been made in error.

3. Event/Workshop Registration

• Cancellation up to 48 hours before the event is eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations after this period.

4. Refund Timeline

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
