Since G S R M Memorial Education Society primarily offers educational and informational services, most of our offerings are digital in nature. However, for any physical materials (e.g., certificates, books), the following policy applies:

1. Delivery Timeline

• Physical items will be shipped within 7 business days after course completion or confirmation.
• Digital resources (PDFs, e-certificates) will be sent via email within 3 business days.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping within India is free unless otherwise stated.
• Additional charges may apply for expedited delivery or international shipping.

3. Tracking

• A tracking number will be shared once the shipment is dispatched.
